Come meet our co-founder Laura this Monday-Wednesday, Feb. 20-23rd, from 12-2pm at Green Common in Alexandra House (Central MTR Exit H). She'll be handing out free samples of all 3 of our delicious nut butters and talking about all things nutty!

She'll also be there on Thursday-Friday from 6:30pm-8pm. Take a break from your busy lunch schedule to come say hi and snag a jar of our locally made, natural & organic almond and cashew butter.

EVENT // Meet the Makers Pop-Up: Valentine's Day Edition

Happy Chinese New Year to all! In celebration, we'll be doing a demo at the "Meet the Makers Pop-Up: Valentine's Day Edition" at Green Common Alexandra House. Come join us and grab some FREE samples of all 3 flavors of our delicious, creamy nut butters.

Our co-founder, Laura Fairchild, will be there to chat about how she spreads the love with nut butter on a daily basis. Learn the story behind Nutty Buddy, grab a yummy snack, and more!

The event will be on Feb. 11th from 12:30-2pm at Green Common (Shop B2, Basement 1, Alexandra House, 16-20 Charter Road, Central). We hope to see you there!

RECIPE for Cookie Dough Balls (Vegan, Gluten-free, Refined Sugar-free)

We're excited to start sharing more recipes to show you the various, diverse ways of using our almond and cashew butters! If you're not already following us on Instagram, it's definitely worth checking out because that's where we share daily nut butter inspiration including delicious, healthy recipes from some of our favorite food bloggers. 

So, without further or due, here's a recipe for no-bake cookie dough balls. Also known as "energy balls" or "bliss balls", these cookie dough balls are made up of a mixture of dates, oats, and almond butter. They're dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and paleo-friendly, plus only naturally sweetened with coconut sugar and maple syrup.

These cookie dough balls are really easy to make in under 10 minutes and only have all-natural ingredients in them. So they're the perfect, healthy snack to grab on the go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add rolled oats to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Process until they turn into a flour-like consistency.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until a sticky ball of dough forms.
  4. Scoop out by the spoonful and roll into balls between your hands.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Let set in the fridge for 1 hour (optional).

*You can store these in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
